Having worked in the house building sector, Peter joined IJM in 1982 as Development Manager and worked a number of years in USA, UK and IOM.  From 1990 he was based at head office and became General Manager in mid-90’s and was then appointed Managing Director in 2008.  He has steered the company through its worst period, the recession, to emerge with phenomenal growth.  Peter is co-founder of the Irish Timber Frame Manufacturers Association of which he was Chairman for 12 years up to 2021.

Started with IJM in 2001 as Financial Accountant. She left the company briefly from 2014 to 2016 before returning as Financial Manager.  Laura gained her professional qualification as an Accountant with Dunnes Stores in the mid 1990’s and has also since worked in various finance roles in US multinational – National Instruments, and Irish companies Kerry Group and MTM Engineering.  Laura also completed the Enterprise Ireland Management 4 Growth programme while working for MTM Engineering in 2015.

Returned to work for IJM in 2015 as Commercial Manager, Raymond has worked within the timber frame industry for over 30 years in various roles including Architectural Technician, Technical Director and General Manager.  He has vast experience in the UK and Ireland and recently completed a postgrad in International Sales Strategy with Enterprise Ireland.

Peter is our Operations Manager. He has been working with light gauge steel frame for 17 years. He has been a Production Manager for 12 years and has been instrumental in material sourcing, procurement and quality control. Peter’s organisational skills have been crucial in implementing our lean solution for manufacturing. Peter works closely with the design team and the site installation crews.
